Tom is a multi-disciplined designer with strong conceptual ability and creative problem solving skills. His experience with strategic branding comes from many angles (i.e., original design on brand campaigns, brand enhancement and also applying graphic standards coming from outside agencies). He applies a strategy-based, planned approach to brand development, involving audits of company employees, coupled with market research and competitive analysis, in order to accurately define the problem to be solved and to find the appropriate target audience.


Tom has managed and art directed designers while working at his freelance practice and also while running corporate/in-house groups.
